SURIA Berita - 17 Feb

17 February 2019

Some 430,000 Singapore citizens aged between 18 and 69 were suspected to have diabetes last year. In this episode of BERITA Mediacorp, the news feature looks at the effectiveness of initiatives to educate the Malay/Muslim community about diabetes. NTU's Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine Assistant Professor of Metabolic Disease Yusuf Ali, shared that Asians have a higher risk of getting Type 2 diabetes as compared to others.
