Bhone Myint Kyaw





Dr Bhone Myint Kyaw
Research Fellow




Bhone Myint Kyaw is an expert in the field of evidence-based digital education, evidence synthesis and learning pedagogies. He joined LKCMedicine in November 2014 and has been working in projects related to evidence synthesis of digital education for health professionals. He is a medical doctor from Myanmar, who completed both a Master and PhD degrees in biomedical science from NTU (Singapore), prior to joining the group. He has a track record of publications in the high impact factor journals and most of his publications are related to different types of evidence synthesis including systematic reviews, umbrella reviews and scoping reviews. He has completed different workshops and training in evidence synthesis from Cochrane and is an active member of Cochrane Collaboration.​ 

Research Interests

Bhone’s research interests include digital education, health technology assessments, evidence-based methodology, secondary-data analysis and evidence synthesis. He is currently working on evidence synthesis of digital health competencies for medical students.
