Dr Lucy Victoria Rosby is the Assistant Dean leading Years 1 & 2. She is a medical doctor by training, having completed her MBBS degree at Newcastle Medical School, subsequently pursuing her interest in surgery.  
Dr Rosby moved from the UK to Singapore and joined LKCMedicine in 2014. She is Senior Lecturer in Medical Education, and teaches Anatomy, as well as Clinical Communication, and has also been a House Tutor for Marie Curie House. Other responsibilities include leading the Course Evaluation team who is responsible for evaluating and improving the curriculum in response to student feedback. Recently, Dr Rosby led a comprehensive review of the Year 1 & 2 curriculum, revising and updating the curriculum in consultation with research faculty, clinicians and colleagues from Imperial College London. 
She has also always had an interest in research and carried out an intercalated Master’s degree in Medical Genetics at Newcastle University during her undergraduate medical training. This interest has now extended into medical education research, where she focusses on diagnostic reasoning, anatomy and student experiences of transitions.
