Systematic Search Services

The Medical Library offers Systematic Search Services (SSS) to support the publishing of Systematic Reviews. Our trained Medical Librarians can provide assistance with literature searches as well as ensure that your search strategy is comprehensive. Our Systematic Search Services help you to save time and offer an objective and independent perspective on your search.

Development of Search Strategy / Update of Searches: Meet with us to discuss your database search requirements. We will then craft a search strategy according to your topic specifications and search limits. We can also carry out searches using a range of medicine and science-related databases.

Management of Search Results: We provide assistance in organising your search output into bibliographic software such as Endnote and Mendeley, removing duplicates and providing you with the information you need for the completion of your PRISMA flow diagram.

Our Medical Librarians have worked with LKCMedicine faculty, researchers as well as clinicians, allied health professionals and researchers from Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the National Healthcare Group in providing quality search services.
