Dr Natalie Tan Woon Hui is a consultant with the Infectious Disease Service, Department of Paediatrics at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), Singapore. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. She is a member of KKH’s Infection Control Committee. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, in 2009. She received the 2010 SingHealth Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Award for training in Infectious Diseases in Immunocompromised Children at British Columbia Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, Canada.
She is a national examiner for paediatrics, and a member of the National Postgraduate Year 1 Assessment Committee (Competency Workgroup). She is also a Clinical Core Faculty Member of the SingHealth Residency Programme (Paediatrics). She received the Singapore Health Quality Service Star Award in 2015.
Her research interests include Influenza infections, Adenovirus infections, Enterovirus infections, Melioidosis and infections in immunocompromised children.
