Neuroscience is one of the most exciting areas of contemporary scientific research, and a priority for Singapore biomedical sciences. Neuroscience and mental health at LKCMedicine will establish neuroscience research at NTU with a comprehensive strategy organised around four inter-related themes: molecular/cellular, circuitry, systems and cognition. The strategy will provide a multi-level, multi-disciplinary approach towards the study of the following neurological diseases: neurodegeneration, neuropsychiatric disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI)/TBI-induced epilepsy, learning & memory and vision & control.
